Here's the deets:
All teams for the Tour and Challenger draws will register on one waitlist. Teams will be ranked by combined NRT points, and in the event of equivalent or no NRT points, then by combined PTI. The top teams will be placed in the Tour draw and the remaining teams will be placed in the Challenger draw, space available.
